I sorry I didn’t play this during the jam! 😓
I’m wondering, was the character meant to be a car at first? Because it plays like a drift racer. I love it! The mapping of the speed to numbers is super cool. I don’t think I’ve ever seen something exactly like that before. I like that I’m literally racing against time :D
No worries! I still have to play your game too, my time after jam was reeealy low :/
The movement came from pure trial and error, i tried to make something with acceleration, it resulted in this and i liked it, the idea was always a guy running from time.
But i think i'll add some roller skates on the character for the movement to make sense :p
Thanks for the feedback! I think you would like the ending, i'll fix the 11 o'clock bug and film myself finishing the game, for the people that don't want to suffer for 12 hours :p
